Did you Know the Bible guarantees that you can go to heaven when you die, and know it in advance? 

 
In the book of 1 John 5:13, it says "These things have I written unto you who believe in the name of Jesus Christ that you may know that y ou have eternal life."


  God wants you to know for sure NOW, so you don't have to worry about it for the rest of your life! It's really very simple- you must be a member of God's family.

The way we become connected to God's family is the same way be become part of our human family... through BIRTH

A man named Nicodemus did not understand this statement, so he asked Jesus, "How can a man be born when he is old?" Jesus told him, "You have to be born again physically and spiritually."

The Bible tells us that only "family members" can live forever in heaven. There are four things every person must know in order to be God's child and go to heaven...

1.) No one can make it on their own. Romans 3:23 says, "All have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."

No matter what you have done in this life, good or bad, when it is totaled up and presented to God, it is NOT ENOUGH to earn your way into heaven.

2). Everyone must understand the options. Romans 6:23 says, "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

The options are simple:

Do NOTHING and trust in all that you are and have done, hoping God will accept you into heaven based on your goodness.

ACCEPT THE GIFT of eternal life God is offering you today, and know when you go to sleep at night that if you were to die, you would go to heaven; not because of what you have done, but only because you have trusted Jesus Christ and what He has done.

3) God has provided the way. Romans 5: 6-8 says, "When we were without strength, Christ died for the ungodly... God demonstrated His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

Ephesians 2: 8-9 says, "For by grace are you saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast."

There is nothing you can do to make God love you more, and there is nothing you can do to make God love you less! The only way to know for sure you are going ot heaven is to trust God's way, which is through Jesus Christ.

4) You must choose God's way. Romans 10:9 says, "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."

It is no big thing to say you believe in God - the devil believes in God (James 2:19). It is a big thing (an eternal decision) to believeHe exists and to trust HIm with your life. That is what faith is all about. You must choose to make Jesus Christ the owner of your life - but He will only come with an invitation.

WOULD YOU INVITE HIM IN TODAY?

He will make your life the best it could ever be! If you ask Him to with all your heart, He will come in and give you the peace that passes understanding, the joy of belonging, and the security of knowing you will go to heaven.

PRAY THIS PRAYER WITH ME RIGHT NOW:

"Dear God, I know that I am a sinner and You know that I am a sinner. I believe you died and rose from the dead for me. Thank you for giving me a way to heaven. Forgive me, Lord, and take my life to use in a way you want. In Jesus' name. Amen"
